About the Role:

Our client is seeking an accomplished, world-class Chief of Staff to support CEO and Co-Founder in executing the company’s vision and strategic priorities. This is a hybrid position consisting of remote and in-office work in our Chicago-based global headquarters and other global offices.

They're looking for a sharp, analytical thinker who is comfortable creating structure and paving paths through ambiguity to meet strategic growth objectives. Under the guidance of the CEO and Co-Founder, the Chief of Staff will be extremely organized and have the ability to multi-task and deliver on a variety of projects in a fast-paced, high-visibility setting. This role will require significant engagement with leaders across all teams.

Responsabilities

  • Support and execute the CEO’s vision and priorities by providing strategic guidance and driving the implementation of key business initiatives
  • Champion the hiring company’s values, serving as a business partner to all functional leaders
  • Collaborate directly with functional leaders to develop, drive and deliver operational strategies that support business growth
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure revenue and operational priorities are in alignment
  • Collaborate across teams to create, prepare and consolidate leadership dashboards and reports
  • Assist and communicate on decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
  • Improve processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
  • Serve as a liaison between various functional areas, leadership, and CEO regarding project updates, proposals, and planning
  • Plan and direct operational and administrative activities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
  • Direct leadership and operational communications to key audiences and stakeholders, and prepare related communications
  • Represent the hiring company CEO in relevant meetings and discussions with stakeholders
  • Coordinate and execute special projects
  • Ability to travel globally up to 25% of the time and work a flexible schedule which accommodates various global time zones (Europe/Asia)

Requirements

  • A demonstrated track record of success in progressive leadership roles, along with 5+ years in an executive role, preferably in the tech space
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Deep experience in business operations, leveraging analytics for decision-making while considering financial objectives
  • Demonstrated executive presence and experience managing high-touch relationships and highly visible and sensitive strategy and planning matters
  • Experience scaling and optimizing business processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships and interact with all levels, including top leadership
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
