Annual Planning That Drives Execution

One of the biggest challenges in organizational execution is execution drift—the gap between what leadership intends and what actually happens across the organization. Annual planning is one of the best opportunities to reduce that drift. Done well, it creates the direction, priorities, ownership, and alignment the organization needs to execute.
