As we continue to innovate and lead the contingent workforce space, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to streamline operations, drive cross-functional initiatives, and support executive leadership in meeting strategic goals.
Position Overview
The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and play a key role in aligning day-to-day operations with the company’s strategic vision. This role is ideal for a technology-driven, results-oriented professional with a strong background in the staffing industry and EOR, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the evolving needs in contingent workforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and be based in South Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the CEO to translate strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across departments and tracking progress to deliverables.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements across sales, recruiting, client relationships, and delivery operations, streamlining workflows to increase productivity and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between sales, delivery, and executive leadership to prioritize projects, resolve bottlenecks, and facilitate timely decision-making.
- Client Relationship Management: Work closely with client-facing teams to ensure high satisfaction levels, support account growth initiatives, and align resources with client needs.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage technology and data analytics to generate insights that support business objectives, resource allocation, and the enhancement of our nearshore staffing model.
- Internal Communications: Drive communication strategies that ensure the alignment of the team with the company’s mission, values, and key initiatives, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- Special Projects: Lead high-impact projects, as directed by the CEO, focusing on continuous improvement in service offerings and expansion into new markets.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a solid understanding of EOR, contingent workforce solutions, and nearshore models.
- Technology-Driven: Proficiency in using technology and data analytics to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
- Strong Communicator: Advanced communication skills with an ability to simplify complex ideas, present effectively to various audiences, and foster a culture of openness.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Skilled in translating high-level goals into actionable plans, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Problem Solver: Quick thinker with an agile approach to identifying and solving challenges, ensuring the business stays ahead in a competitive market.
