Chief of Staff/Founders Associate

We’re currently working on an exciting opportunity within a Series A/B startup at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation, helping MSPs manage Microsoft Security policies with ease and efficiency. As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic, business-savvy Chief of Staff/Founders Associate to join this fast-paced, innovative start-up environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the successful implementation of strategic initiatives, enhancing collaboration across teams, and promoting operational excellence. Working closely with the CEO, they will help prioritize and execute business critical goals while effectively communicating them both internally and externally. This role is perfect for someone who excels in fast-paced, high-growth settings and has a strong understanding of enterprise software and scaling SaaS businesses.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with the founders and C-Suite to drive growth strategies across all business areas.
• Own and oversee projects that align with company objectives, ensuring impact-driven results.
• Support the funding process, leveraging relationships to build a strong investor pipeline.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless project execution, focusing on Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
• Drive operational excellence through data-informed decision-making.
• Support further scaling with innovative methodologies and structures.
• Manage and deliver project timelines, budgets, and resources in an agile environment.
• Turn ideas into actionable projects, fostering collaboration across teams to meet key milestones.

Who you are:

• Background in consulting or investment banking.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with a passion for driving success across multiple business areas.
• A proactive problem-solver, always looking for ways to improve processes.
• Proven experience in managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ideally within a SaaS or tech start-up.
• Strong Financial acumen and analysis skills with expertise in Excel, financial modelling and reporting.
