Role in a Nutshell:
As the Chief of Staff at BoomerangFX, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, driving key initiatives that align with our ambitious growth objectives in the healthcare SaaS sector. Your expertise in operational leadership and project management will enable you to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and lead high-impact projects across departments.
Youâll foster a culture of engagement and inclusivity in partnership with our HR team, while serving as a vital link between executives and various teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. With your analytical skills, you will leverage performance metrics and employee feedback to inform strategic decisions and cultivate a positive workplace culture.

Scope of Duties:
⢠Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with our company goals and vision.
⢠Streamline processes and improve operational efficiency across the organization, ensuring alignment between departments and enhancing productivity.
⢠Lead high-impact projects from inception to execution, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
⢠Partner with the HR team to implement talent management strategies, fostering a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and high performance.
⢠Serve as a key liaison between the executive team and various departments, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on priorities.
⢠Analyze organizational performance metrics and employee feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve overall workplace culture.
⢠Support change initiatives by effectively communicating vision and objectives and fostering a culture of adaptability.
What You Offer:
- 10+ years of experience in strategic roles, with a proven track record in project management and operational leadership. Experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar capacity is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, driving alignment and fostering a culture of teamwork.
- Understanding of HR principles and practices, with experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and influencing diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to navigating changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Have's:
- Experience in Technology/SaaS or related fields, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics and challenges.
- Proven experience leading change initiatives, with a focus on improving organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
- Certifications in project management (PMP) or HR (CPHR) are a plus.
