Responsibilities

Strategic Support

Collaborate closely with the founders to execute the company’s vision and strategy. Translate high-level goals into actionable plans and monitor progress on key projects.

Operational Management

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure workflow efficiency. Streamline internal processes and improve coordination across departments.

Communication Facilitation

Act as the main communication hub between founders, employees, and stakeholders. Prepare reports and presentations for leadership meetings and investor updates.

Administrative Oversight

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and vendor management. Assist in budget preparation, financial reporting, and resource allocation.

Adaptability and Problem-Solving
