Position Details:

As Chief of Staff at MedElite, you work as the primary support for one of our principal Partners. Your role includes managing administrative support, coordinating office activities, and providing support to both staff and clients. You will be instrumental in maintaining office organization, handling communication, and implementing policies that enhance productivity.

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Partners in managing direct reports by attending 1:1s and executive team meetings, setting/prioritizing agendas, and setting and managing project timelines and deliverables
  • Augment the Partners in external and internal meetings by preparing strategic rationale for the meeting, meeting goals, and stakeholder context. Join meetings to take notes and track follow-ups and next steps
  • Serve as a sounding board and thought partner to the Partners across all topics related to the company, from day-to-day management to meeting structure to strategic vision
  • Manage agendas, objectives, and operating cadence of executive team meetings, partnering with the Partners to ensure the right topics are surfaced and effectively discussed
  • Provide research, analysis, insights, and recommendations to the CEO to assist with key decisions
  • Actively participate in executive meetings to present ideas, debate other’s ideas, and hold people accountable
  • Periodically lead one-off projects on key strategic topics as they emerge, collaborating with stakeholders cross-functionally to ensure deliverables are produced effectively and efficiently
  • Oversee process improvement initiatives and act as a project manager for high-priority tasks

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of work experience supporting executive staff in administrative functions, a plus for experience doing so in a healthcare environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Multi-tasking is a must
  • High EQ; excellent oral and written communication skills with strong executive presence and the ability to understand and navigate a variety of different partnerships
  • Ability to interact collaboratively with and influence stakeholders at all levels with confidence and clarity
  • Skilled in distilling information into clear, actionable insights for different audiences
  • Willingness to tackle a wide range of tasks and challenges, providing support wherever needed and demonstrating flexibility in addressing diverse needs across the organization
  • Experience with managing basic financials and proficiency in ensuring accuracy when reconciling expenses
  • The ability to be based out of the Brooklyn office and have extensive travel out of state is a must

Salary Range $90,000 - $125,000
