Job Summary:

The Vice President of Transactional Print Operations is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, management, and execution of all transactional print operations within the organization. This role involves leading a high-performing team to ensure efficient and cost-effective production while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The VP will develop and implement operational strategies, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of transactional print operations, including production, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize print production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Oversee the management of print equipment and technology, ensuring they are maintained and upgraded as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, customer service, and IT, to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost control and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to the operations team.
  • Responsible for daily capacity management including volume forecasting and labor staffing
  • As needed, facilitate and coordinate site audit inspections for SAS70 and clients
  • Responsible for strategic vendor management across the Print business.
  • Daily management reporting
  • Execute continuous, quantifiable performance improvements in Productivity, Quality and Control.
  • Foster a work environment that values diversity, accountability, respect for others and performance results.
  • Fulfill “people management” duties for direct reports and ensure those same duties are fulfilled by those direct reports for their teams.
  • Ensure staffing/recruitment needs are met in coordination with Human Resources.
  • Achieve P&L goals.
  • Strong ability to interface with clients in any scenario.
  • Internal company influencer on implementing key strategic initiatives.
  • Implements and acts in accordance with the organization's information security HR and corporate policies.
  • Protects assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference
  • Executes particular security processes or activities ad job requires.
  • Ensures responsibility is assigned to the individual for actions taken; as it pertains to security roles and other duties.
  • Reports security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization.
  • Documents and updates periodically security procedures that ensures compliance with the requirements.
  • Other tasks duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of management experience in financial transaction processing is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.

Additional Desired Qualifications

  • Travel on an as needed basis.
  • Working knowledge of HITRUST, NIST, and ISO 9001

Physical Requirements

Physical demands with activity or condition requiring a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (i.e., keyboard, mouse, and monitor). Physical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping. May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs.
