About the role

  • Chief of Staff reporting to the CEO. This is a remote leadership position that will require 50%-70% travel to trade shows and client visits.
  • $150k - $175k base salary, commensurate with experience. 5% commission on all closed business generated by the candidate, up to 15% yearly bonus, and stock options round out the comp plan.
  • 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or HR required. Must have 5 years of experience as a COS.
  • Experience in business development is a must-have.
  • Portfolio management of 500+ CXO list of the Fortune 1000.
  • Must be adept at strategic planning, client management, event preparation, standing in for the CEO, etc.

As Chief of Staff at our organization, you will serve as a key strategic advisor to the executive team, supporting the CEO and leadership in driving critical business initiatives, operational efficiency, and overall company success.

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic recommendations and helping drive key business initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across departments to meet the company's objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of strategic plans and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the company's operational rhythms, ensuring efficient meetings, workflows, and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress on company goals.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and act as a liaison between leadership and employees as needed.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, events, and client visits.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, operations, or senior project management role, preferably in a high-growth tech or AI-driven company.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and anticipate the needs of executive leadership. Must have business development experience.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and leverage key business metrics.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
