About the Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Junior Chief of Staff to provide high-level support to our CEO and executive leadership team, assist with company-wide meetings and events, and provide ad-hoc support to help the company stay organized and efficient. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with startup leaders, gain insights into high-growth businesses, and make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars for executives, coordinating and prioritizing a high volume of meetings, travel arrangements, and events with efficiency and precision
- Organize meetings, conferences, and offsites, ensuring all logistics are handled, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Anticipate the needs of executives and the business, taking proactive steps to address challenges, resolve conflicts, and streamline operations before issues arise
- Own the planning and execution of company events, offsites, and team-building activities
- Provide support on special projects, conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with the management of key company initiatives
- Continuously seek out ways to improve administrative processes, creating efficiencies and simplifying workflows for executives and the team
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in any discipline
- Previous experience at a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic setting with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Highly flexible and comfortable with adapting to changing priorities
- Able to maintain a professional demeanor in both internal and external interactions, even in high-pressure situations
