Payoneer has an exciting opportunity for a Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer, this key HR leader will be responsible for driving the strategic agenda of the HR organization while ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior strategic thinker with extensive HR experience who is comfortable navigating complex organizational dynamics and driving results through influence and collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of human capital consulting and project management skills, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on, tactical execution. This role is critical in supporting the CPO and the broader HR team to achieve the companyâs people goals and deliver impact across the organization.
What Youâll Do
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to the CPO, helping to define, prioritize, and operationalize the HR strategy. Partner closely with senior leadership across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive key HR initiatives.
- Consultative Leadership: Provide consulting expertise to HR and business leaders, leveraging insights and data to inform decision-making, optimize organizational design, and implement best practices in people management.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational rhythm of the HR function, including managing the HR calendar, meeting agendas, and strategic planning processes. Drive efficiencies and process improvements within HR operations.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on HR performance metrics, ensuring the HR function is delivering value to the business. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Communication and Alignment: Facilitate communication and alignment across the HR leadership team. Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for key meetings.
- Change Agent: Act as a champion for culture and change, supporting the CPO in driving a high-performance culture across the organization. Influence and lead change management efforts.
- Tactical Execution: Roll up your sleeves to handle day-to-day tactical work as needed, including managing key HR projects, resolving issues, and supporting the HR team with complex problem-solving.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, working collaboratively to address challenges, align on priorities, and drive HR initiatives that support business outcomes.
What Weâre Looking For
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterâs degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with demonstrated success in senior HR roles, including experience in human capital consulting, project management, or a similar strategic HR leadership position
- Proven track record of partnering with senior executives and leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic HR initiatives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and drive complex initiatives to completion
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, adapting to changing priorities and needs within a dynamic environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality; able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in organizational design, change management, talent management, and other key areas of HR
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $150,000-$220,000
