- Los Angeles, CA - required to be at the Burbank office 3-4 days a week.
The Opportunity
We're seeking an operationally minded Chief of Staff to join our leadership team. You'll report to and work synchronously with the CEO. You will be responsible for the operations of the CEO, executive staff, company wide planning, and company level OKRs. You will also support CEO communications, All Hands, MBRs, and Investor updates. You may also work on special projects that span multiple departments or are in areas that are not well resourced.

For instance, for executive staff, you will be expected to manage agendas for weekly meetings, strategy reviews, and operational check-ins against goals. You will provide a high level of organization and support for bringing together materials, tracking opens, and communicating out. To do this, you will deeply understand our business, be a strong ally to leaders across the organization, and focus on increasing our velocity.
What You'll Do
- Empower and organize executive staff to focus on the highest points of leverage.
- Manage company wide planning, OKRs, All Hands, MBRs, etc.
- Drive clear and consistent communication across the company through various channels, fostering a collaborative and transparent environment.
- Work hand-in-hand with team leaders to operationalize departmental goals and ensure smooth execution.
- Craft compelling presentations and written content to support leadership communication.
What Youâll Have
- 5+ years of prior experience in a demanding environment (high growth startup, management consulting, investment banking, etc) which you enjoyed and excelled at.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for creating clear, engaging presentations and content.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze information and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Highly organized with a proven track record of developing and executing against strategic plans.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and empower stakeholders to achieve their goals.
