Job Description

Be a sparring partner for the C-Level in Operations/Growth and work closely with them on strategic projects. Join all relevant meetings and learn how a blitzscaling company is run.

Collaborate cross-functionally to unblock, unlock, and drive change, ensuring the organization exceeds its targets and stays on track for key initiatives.

Execute a diverse set of tasks, including end-to-end project management on top business priorities.

Create data-driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets.

Recruit and retain key talent: Share the responsibility to attract the best talent for key positions, including C-level, VP, and Director roles. Support in hiring, onboarding, and setting up processes.

Lead and execute key strategic projects: You will be responsible for key strategic projects and help define the overall company strategy. All projects will have a critical impact.

Qualifications

•	You have successfully completed your studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).•	You have previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, business operations role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.•	You already have at least 1–3 years of relevant work experience.•	You possess strong organizational talent and leadership skills.•	You are characterized by strategic and analytical thinking.•	Reliability, accuracy, and independence characterize your work style.•	You also have fluent knowledge of German and English.
