THE OPPORTUNITY: As we continue our journey, we are building a team of sharp, intelligent, innovators that are able to move fast with great agility and passion. We are currently searching for a Chief of Staff. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role stands as a pivotal force in our extended Executive team, driving strategic initiatives and supporting our trailblazing path towards innovation. This role is perfect for a dynamic, proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is keen on making a significant impact within the technology sector.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Strategic Advisor- As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic advisor and confidante to the CEO providing insight and analysis while participating in decision-making at the highest levels. Your role will bridge the gap between big picture strategy and operational execution.
  • Executive Collaboration-You will coordinate closely with senior leadership across departments to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic priorities. Additionally, you will help streamline efforts across the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Initiative Oversight-As Chief of Staff, you will take charge of crucial projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the company’s mission and financial objectives. Your oversight will require a keen eye for detail and an adeptness in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Hub Lead-You will serve as the central point of communication for internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively will maintain transparency and foster strong relationships within and outside the company. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare and manage executive briefings, presentations, and meetings.
  • LEAD BY EXAMPLE: As a key leader in the organization, you will be expected to lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • A strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • A leader that has the ability to influence and engage others.
  • Experienced trailblazer with a proven track record working in a strategic, business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving individual, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving workplace.
  • Minimum of 4 years related experience in a startup, tech, or consultancy environment. (i.e., firms such as Bain/McKinsey/Deloitte are highly regarded)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
