As Chief of Staff to the President & Co-Founder

you will be a strategic right hand, driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, and accelerating execution across the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong analytical and execution skills, and can proactively identify and solve business challenges.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is hungry to learn, take on responsibility, and make an immediate impact. While prior experience in consulting, banking, startups, or operations is a plus, we're looking for someone who can demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, a bias toward action, and strong communication skills.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Execution: Drive high-priority projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a bridge between teams to streamline communication, eliminate bottlenecks, and keep initiatives on track.
• Problem-Solving & Decision Support: Identify challenges, gather insights, and propose solutions to drive company growth and efficiency.
• Data & Insights: Analyze business performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to optimize operations.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable systems that enhance productivity across departments.
• Special Projects: Take ownership of key initiatives, whether it's launching a new internal program, optimizing workflows, or exploring new business opportunities.
• Communication & Alignment: Ensure leadership is aligned on priorities, keeping teams informed and accountable.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with external partners, investors, and key stakeholders to advance business objectives.
• Interview & Panel Preparation: Support the President & Co-Founder in preparing for interviews, panels, and speaking engagements to maximize impact.
• Inbox & Opportunity Management: Oversee inbox communications to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, ensuring strategic follow-ups (day-to-day scheduling and inbox management handled by admin).

New York Pay Range

$120,000—$140,000 USD
