Job Description:

The Business Operations position in the Mainframe Division is a high-level position responsible for designing and overseeing the Mainframe Management System to ensure we meet operational goals.    The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of each function in a software development company and will be seen as a business partner who can provide insight across functions to meet business needs.  This is a hands on position combining a business mindset with program management to drive the projects needed to drive the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Management:  Discover, model, analyze, measure and improve business processes to optimize the business strategy.

• Metrics & Insights:  Working with the Business Intelligence team, provide metrics and insights for areas we need to optimize the business.

• Leadership & Teamwork:  Working across the division, the successful candidate will effectively partner with functions within the division and across divisions to execute programs

• Program Management:  Champion significant cross-divisional projects & programs

• Chief of Staff:  May function in a chief of staff capacity for 1 or more of the executive leaders of the Mainframe Software Division

Bachelor's and 12+ years of related experience

Additional Job Description:

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $127,000  - $203,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
