Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Telemedicine and RPM Program Management: Oversee the management and coordination of telemedicine and RPM programs, ensuring efficient patient care and optimal provider performance.

  • Facility Relationships and Launches: Manage new facility relationships and oversee the successful launch of new programs and services.

  • HR and Onboarding: Lead HR and onboarding efforts for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.

  • Scheduling: Optimize telemedicine coverage schedules, monitor provider utilization, and ensure high quality across teams.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of care by overseeing quality assurance, documentation reviews, and protocol development.

  • Collaboration: Coordinate with facility leadership and other departments to support organizational goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • General Post-Acute/SNF knowledge or experience is required.

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is required.

  • Familiarity with EMR systems and charting practices in nursing homes.

  • Outstanding customer service skills and a high level of professionalism.

  • Technology and process-oriented.

  • Familiarity with key performance indicators and overall metric monitoring.

  • Experience with telemedicine providers and remote workflows.

  • Strong foundation in healthcare. Must be a proactive self-starter who can perform tasks without direct supervision.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position.

  • Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.

The Telemedicine Director will report directly to the VP of Clinical Operations and play a pivotal role in shaping our company's clinical strategy and driving operational efficiency within our telemedicine provider team. This individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing all clinical telemedicine employees, ensuring that the needs of residents are met with the highest standards of care.
