Job Description
About the Role
This position is the "right-hand" person to the CEO. You will work very closely with the CEO in the day-to-day affairs of running the Company and on special projects as necessary. This is an opportunity to gain exposure and valuable insight into the management and operations of a global publicly traded business at the heart of one of the most dynamic industries. The responsibilities for this role are divided into the three components listed below.
What You'll Do
- Manage the Office of the CEO
- Work closely with the CEO to set and execute on Company priorities
- Synthesize and prioritize key information for the CEO
- Support communications between the CEO and internal/external parties, working closely with PR and IR teams.
- Draft scripts and collaborate with internal communications to craft messaging for CEO engagements.
- Develop and manage Senior Management Team meeting and off-site agenda and provide support on Board-related matters
- Responsible for following up and tracking against key deliverables at the executive team level
- In coordination with Executive Assistant, ensure CEO’s schedule is effectively managed to prioritize key activities
- Manage confidential data, including sensitive business and financial data and personnel information
- Act as Proxy of the CEO
- Represent CEO’s perspectives and priorities across key company initiatives
- Collaborate with the executive team and provide project management and support where necessary
- Diagnose and troubleshoot key organizational challenges as needed on behalf of the CEO
- Quarterback Special/Strategic Projects
- Manage top priority initiatives that require cross-disciplinary implementation (across multiple company groups)
- Execute projects that require utmost confidentiality and/or urgency for the organization
- Opportunity to pursue projects of personal interest across the organization
What You'll Need
- MBA from a top institution
- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of pre/post-graduate work experience at a top consulting firm or investment bank, and 5+ years of total work experience
- Experience in technology, entertainment or media not necessary but preferred Boardroom polish and professional and adept demeanor - must have excellent communication skills; both written and oral
- Must have the ability to travel occasionally to support off site events, both domestic and international
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required

- Highly focused and results-oriented in supporting complex, deadline-driven operations, able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages
- Possesses the highest degree of integrity, supported by a flawless record of maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborative / team player comfortable leading as well as executing and taking constructive input from multiple sources
Compensation
198,898.00 - 250,000.00
