Job Description

The Chief of Staff to the CEO will be a pivotal leader, ensuring that cross-functional alignment, operational efficiency, and strategic execution are achieved at all levels of the organization. This role serves as a critical advisor to the CEO, helping manage priorities, streamline workflows, and improve collaboration across departments. The Chief of Staff will build and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring that cross-functional projects are executed efficiently and effectively while managing resource allocation and tracking the execution of company strategy.

Additionally, the Chief of Staff is responsible for the facilitation of corporate strategy planning and supporting strategy execution, leveraging business intelligence, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen. The role is responsible for leading high-priority initiatives and coordinating executive leaders to ensure strategic goals are met, allowing the CEO to concentrate on broader organizational objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required
  • Master’s degree/MBA preferred
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in business strategy, operations management, or project management with cross-functional oversight
  • Proven experience managing a PMO or leading major strategic initiatives
  • Strong track record in leading change management and operational transformation projects
  • Experience working directly with C-suite executives and reporting to the CEO
  • Expertise in KPI management, business intelligence, and OKR tracking for strategic execution
  • Strong project management expertise, including proficiency with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
  • Exceptional communication skills, including experience in creating and delivering high-impact presentations
  • Strong financial and business intelligence acumen
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic outcomes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate the development of corporate strategy plans by working with executive leadership to define long-term objectives
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure the effective execution of corporate strategies and organizational goals
  • Ensure corporate communication aligns with strategic objectives and is effectively cascaded throughout the organization
  • Establish and manage the PMO to oversee the execution of key projects that support the company’s strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with department heads to track and align project progress with corporate priorities
  • Lead transformation initiatives using change management frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen to foster operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of KPIs to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Ensure reports to the CEO are accurate, timely, and aligned with strategic objectives
  • Foster collaboration across departments to align initiatives with strategic priorities and ensure effective teamwork
  • Lead the company’s OKR process, ensuring that goals are clearly set, tracked, and aligned with the company’s strategic direction
  • Drive accountability for OKRs by ensuring regular updates and cross-departmental alignment
  • Implement mechanisms to streamline communication, project management, and resource allocation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
