Job Description

As a Product Area Chief of Staff within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) organization, you will collaborate with executives across the Product Line to articulate and execute key strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will span from managing Leadership team meetings, establishing business metrics, organizational team management, operating model enablement and strategy alignment.

This role provides an opportunity to demonstrate extreme organization while applying your problem solving skills, analytical approaches, and project management abilities to ensure organizational efficiency and drive operational maturity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leading team meetings, driving strategic priorities and business metrics in line with the Product Line strategy
  • Partnering with Mangers across the organization on Book of work oversight to ensure the right talent alignment for initiatives
  • Deliver impactful and meaningful content for monthly business review
  • Managing organizational development and driving support for hiring and new employee enablement
  • Ensuring financials are maintained and in line with expectations
  • Collect, synthesize, analyze and present project data and findings
  • Coordinating and executing ad hoc requests across the various teams
  • Develop strategic presentations for internal audiences

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutions
  • Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives
  • Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments
  • Experience with stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives
  • Experience with managing program/ project schedules, tracking program/ project and milestone completion, and reporting progress effectively to stakeholders.
  • Experience with strengthening program governance and controls within a large organization
  • Experience with the tools used to produce governance documentation, stakeholder communications, and track program metrics (PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel)
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills with the ability to coach others in the best ways to present and explain information concisely tailored to the target audience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and the application in product development and delivery organization
