Our client has raised over $80 million from various venture funds and recently closed a Series B financing round involving prominent investors such as Khosla Ventures, Gradient, and ARTIS. They've formed a partnership with Google to collaborate on generative AI for healthcare. Over one-third of radiology groups and healthcare systems, including Kaiser Permanente and HCA Healthcare, use their AI. The organization is recognized as one of the most promising healthcare AI firms.

What You’ll Do

  • Special Projects: Tackle high-priority projects across various functions, adapting to diverse challenges.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Lead initiatives to achieve goals and manage key relationships.

  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

  • Cross-functional Alignment: Drive collaboration and accountability across departments.

  • Operational Leadership: Build processes, teams, and initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Planning and Metrics: Establish objectives, KPIs, and processes to scale operations.

  • Executive Communication: Prepare communications for executives and organize key meetings.

  • Board Presentation: Prepare necessary materials and data for Board meetings.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a high-growth environment (startup, consulting, investment banking).
  • 5+ years in senior management at a Series B or later stage company.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take full ownership.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High standards, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior executives.

Nice to Have

  • Experience as a startup founder or managing investor/board relations.

  • Based in the SF Bay Area.
