Job Summary

The Chief of Staff will work alongside the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO as a strategic partner in facilitating and enhancing an efficient coordination of schedules and communication for overall effectiveness. This role will serve as a coordinator for the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO with various internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves working cross-functionally and globally with client services, sales, marketing solutions, operations, human resources and finance, playing a key role in general management, leadership, infrastructure platform development, strategy, and execution.

Duties/Responsibilities

General Management

  • Understanding the culture of the organization and establishing relationships with senior leaders
  • Drive accountability through project management processes
  • Be present and available for feedback and input from the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings at the request of the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO for strategic projects
  • Agenda Management - Carefully manage the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO agendas, with a focus on essential business priorities and strategic objectives
  • Support the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO in managing meetings and prioritizing action items, and executing special projects
  • Create minutes of set meetings, identify President’s deliverables as well as deliverables of others to President by documenting and tracking to its competition
  • Resolve issues that may arise in a timely manner

Leadership

  • Exercises professional maturity and decorum as point of contact for President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO external and internal relationships
  • Exemplify servant leadership by building strong external and internal relations & holding high ethical standard
  • High energy and comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environment
  • Directs and coordinates with other leaders in the organizations to ensure the business unit’s goals are met
  • Executing short and long-term objectives
  • Assume responsibility for timely reporting to senior management
  • Offer valuable insights and analyses as a strategic advisor to the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO, guiding key decision-making processes

Strategy & Execution

  • Research topics and prepare a point of view at the request of the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO
  • Manage strategic partnerships as directed by office of the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO
  • Develop plans for projects that require execution
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, projects, and activities across all levels within the organization
  • Comfortable with traveling with the President of Access Healthcare / CEO of Pacific BPO including overnight conferences both domestic and international

Infrastructure Platform Development

  • Consistently updating and revising strategic plans based on leadership changes
  • Implement internal strategies to achieve the company vision and meet objectives
  • Participate in business and strategic planning, implementation of policies, process improvement and other activities related to the organization’s performance
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agenda items, talking points and support in executing corporate initiatives
  • Meet with other executives to assess the direction of the company
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), data analytics tools and document/calendar management

Education and Experience

  • MBA from an accredited institution
  • 3 – 5 years of experience as Chief of Staff for an executive, ideally supporting CEO or C-level

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15lbs
