About the Role

We are looking for a rockstar full-time Chief of Staff to work closely with Cozymeal’s CEO. The individual in this role will take on several responsibilities from the CEO and, over time, several departments at the company and have P&L responsibility. This is a high-potential role with the opportunity to grow into a C-Level position at the company. The position will have an immediate impact on Cozymeal’s growth and productivity by leading and streamlining strategic initiatives and overseeing business operations.

A Day in the Life of the Chief of Staff at Cozymeal:

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution.
  • Collaborate with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies.
  • Work with the marketing team to maximize the impact of existing marketing initiatives and brainstorm new marketing initiatives. Identify customer acquisition projects with the greatest impact and ROI for the company.
  • Work with the partner recruiting team (aka expansion team) to focus on the right markets, hire the right partners, and optimize the partner onboarding process to meet our existing demand most effectively.
  • Work with the product/engineering teams to prioritize product features with the biggest impact and identify new features.
  • Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational processes; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
  • Refine existing KPIs and define new KPIs to keep track of the most important metrics contributing to the company’s overall success, from demand (customer demand) to supply (partners such as chefs, food tour guides, and sommeliers) to operations (customer support and partner operations).
  • Work with the finance and accounting teams to ensure the company’s books are up-to-date and to identify opportunities to improve business performance.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in business, economics, mathematics, sciences, engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or graduate degree is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting required.
  • Experienced leader with the capability of understanding the lowest level of detail and demonstrating a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, adept at leading the work of a team, delegating and assigning work, and owning team outcomes.
  • Ability to scale the business through systems, processes, partners, and people development.
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Fast learner.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
