  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA in a technical, quantitative, or business field.
  • Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate complex meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions in an organization.
  • Excellent program management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About The Job

As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be responsible for providing insightful review, perspective and direction on the strategy and operating performance of Google’s Global Business Organization (GBO).

You will support the Chief of Staff team for the Global Business Organization (GBO) and the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. You will be responsible for helping to track progress of GBO and GTM annual goals, manage the cadence and agenda for executive meetings, manage the team operations including budget and headcount, support executive communications and engagements, lead annual planning for the team, and project manage key initiatives and strategic projects. You will successfully amplify and execute initiatives and bring in new perspectives and lead change management with GBO and GTM’s leadership team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Support the development and track progress of GBO/GTM’s annual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and priorities throughout the year.
  • Manage the cadence and agenda for executive meetings.
  • Manage the team operations including budget, headcount, and annual planning.
  • Manage project priorities and initiatives, including efforts on behalf of GTM leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, People Operations, Marketing, and Communications teams to scope, manage, and execute projects.
