As the Chief of Staff at FeedbackFruits, you will be pivotal in supporting our executive team and ensuring the seamless execution of our strategic initiatives.   • Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Assist the executive team in the development and implementation of strategic plans long-term vision.
  • Monitor progress and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
  • Executive Team Enablement
  • Act as a trusted advisor and right-hand person to the COO.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare materials for executive meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Support the execution of key strategic projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses for the executive team. Provide insights and recommendations based on data and performance metrics.
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Streamline operations and support the executive team in decision-making.
  • Internal Communication
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments. Facilitate communication, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to foster transparency and engagement.
  • Manage company-wide announcements and communication channels.
  • Ensure alignment of messaging with the company's values and goals.
  • Project Management
  • Lead and drive cross-functional projects that contribute to the company's growth and success including strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Change Management
  • Lead change management efforts related to organizational shifts, mergers, acquisitions, or other significant changes.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and employee engagement.
  • Monitor the impact of changes and make necessary adjustments to plans.

Your experience

Scale-ups provide phenomenal learning and development opportunities but sometimes it feels like you’re “building the plane while flying the plane”. You must derive energy from such a climate and don’t mind redesigning for continuous growth, feeling comfortable with some uncertainty.

You have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior management or strategic role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in HR or Legal management practices and experience leading teams
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans..
