Chief of Staff
Job Description
Our client is looking Chief of Staff to work directly with the Co-Founders to manage priorities, drive key initiatives, and streamline operational efficiency across the organization. This is a multi-disciplinary role that requires a proactive individual capable of moving quickly to drive projects forward while managing internal and external stakeholders across various functions. You will play a critical role in scaling our product, operations, and business development teams and support the hiring process for key roles across the company.
Responsibilities
đ Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day internal operations, including legal compliance, governance, and strategic project management. Streamline processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
Project Management: Lead and execute tactical projects across the organization, such as recruiting, organizing events, supporting accounting, and managing external service providers (e.g., PR firms). Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet internal objectives.
Scaling Support:
Drive the expansion of product, operations, and business development functions by implementing scalable processes and systems that support the companyâs growth trajectory.
Cross-functional: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and coordinating efforts to ensure seamless project execution.
Internal Reporting: Lead the creation and dissemination of internal reports, providing concise and actionable updates to key stakeholders. Ensure that reporting mechanisms are consistent and data-driven.
Problem Solving: Take a hands-on approach to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, ensuring that all departments can meet their goals without unnecessary delays.
Talent Acquisition: Provide strategic support in the recruitment and onboarding of key roles, working closely with founders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Compliance Management: Collaborate with legal and governance teams to ensure that all operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Executive Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the Co-Founders, offering strategic insights while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Chief of Staff or Executive Business Partner in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1 year of experience working in a crypto company with extensive knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and products.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Strong strategic mindset with critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Leadership experience with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
