Hi y'all-- I’m Sarah Buford, the founder of Hammerford, LLC, a consulting company that specializes in helping clients build, scale, and optimize growth strategies, efficiencies, and initiatives. I have 9 years of experience in rev ops, project management, working with both start-ups and Fortune 100 companies. I bring expertise in developing and driving strategies that help teams to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. I am passionate about collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and implement business and operations initiatives that bring revenue growth through innovative sales programs and technology utilization. I analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to develop data-driven solutions that have historically increased close rates 5x. I have led the project management of a corporate merger and acquisition, created scalable and repeatable sales models, and revitalized client acquisition and onboarding processes. I have an MBA from DePaul University and a BBA from Baylor University. When I'm not working, I'm walking my dog Birdie, reading a true crime novel, or trying a new BBQ restaurant
