About The Role

Chief of Staff

As the Chief of Staff at Speexx, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction and ensuring seamless daily operations. You’ll collaborate closely with our executives to prioritize and execute strategic business moves, working alongside members of the executive board and co-founders on strategy, initiatives, organizational structure, objectives, and key projects. Additionally, you’ll engage with and challenge senior management in significant decision-making processes.

Project Leadership

• Lead special projects and initiatives, overseeing their execution and providing skillful support, for example within the P&C department.
• Address core issues within business processes, driving continuous improvement.

Data-Driven Insights

• Conduct detailed company operations analysis, presenting findings to senior leaders.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for organizational growth.

Operational Excellence

• Provide expert guidance to department heads, optimizing overall team performance.
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance team performance.

Compensation And Performance Management

• Develop and streamline compensation schemes, including bonus structures.
• Implement grading, benchmarking, and career pathing frameworks.
• Oversee performance rating processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Background: Minimum of 2 years as a Chief of Staff with a proven track record of establishing structures in a scale-up environment.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee the implementation of HR initiatives.
• Hands-on Achiever: Execution-oriented, hands-on with intercultural experience
• Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills to lead and inspire the P&C team and the wider organization.
• Spirit of Innovation: HRIS savvy and data & analytics enthusiast
• Interpersonal skills: Excel in team settings through exceptional communication skills, fostering deep understanding, empathy, and collaboration to guide teams towards shared goals.
