Viviana Perez

My name if Viviana Perez and I am a Chief of Staff at Democracy Fund, a foundation working on democracy issues. This is my 4th year at the organization: initially I joined the company in a program officer capacity. Prior to this, I spent 13 years of my career in education, first at a non profit, then as a classroom teacher and finally as an administrator at a charter school network. I am most interested in being able to work with others who are in the same position, to learn best practices and technical tools to be more efficient and effective, as well as provide any support to others.
