Senior Manager, Chief of Staff - Finance Tech

The ideal candidate will have experience with strategy development, problem solving, critical thinking, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

The Finance Tech Chief of Staff office provides the essential support for our leaders who are responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining the strategic technology support for all key domains across the organization. In this role, you will also apply your innovative strategic problem solving, analytical, risk management, and program and process management skills to support technology teams and stakeholders with initiatives that will drive transformational change as we seek to build a world class technology organization.

What You’ll Own:

  • You will assist the Finance Tech and Intelligent Foundations and Experiences (IFX) senior leadership teams with strategy development, strategic planning, and both financial and labor planning in collaboration with Finance and HR
  • You will work closely with all business units and functions to align operations with strategy
  • You will affect results by maneuvering through appropriate formal and informal organization channels, influencing across all levels of the organization and across divisions
  • You will establish talent planning, coaching, mentoring, job shadowing, and the formation of employee engagement teams.
  • You will lead the creation and execution of an innovative Associate Development framework, with a long term focus on talent and skill development for all associates within the organization
  • You will champion employee engagement and diversity consistent with the team’s efforts to mature our understanding and actions including opening pathways in order to increase the diversity of the team
  • You will leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on schedule
  • Identify opportunities within the organization where processes can be streamlined, automated, or improved

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Process, Project, or Program Management
  • At least 4 years of experience managing strategy development and execution
  • At least 2 years of experience working with technology teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in Process, Project, or Program Management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and influencing skills
