 just to name a few!).

Let's Get Down To Business

Reporting to the Digital Director (based in the UK), you will be responsible for driving the revenue growth and profitability of our brand on Amazon and Pure Player platforms across Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, and Poland). Key areas of focus will be developing and executing a European wide eCommerce strategy, strengthening strategic partnerships with Amazon and other Pure Player accounts (including new business development), ensuring strong and consistent brand presence, including the optimization of product listings, content, and brand store experiences, deploying market intelligence and analytics to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives, understand market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities. Show Us What You've Got

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive eCommerce strategies. The ideal teammate will have a deep understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector and a strong network in the industry. In addition, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Significant experience at Amazon, an Amazon Agency, or experience as an Amazon vendor / or seller inhouse. Experience in both vendor and seller central.
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant sales and revenue growth on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives at Amazon and Pure Player platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • People management experience
  • Intrapreneurial, innovative, ambitious, commercial, and results-driven
  • Fluent in English and one additional European Language is advantageous (e.g., German)
