Summary

The Director of Global Sales Communications and Creative Operations is an experienced operational leader that speaks the language of sales audiences across all geographies, theaters, and roles. This is a strategic role, responsible for defining and owning a global sales communication strategy that ensures our sellers are able to consume relevant and timely messaging and content that drives revenue.

Great candidates for this role are cross-functional gurus that have proven their ability to collaborate with the Enablement, Sales, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Product, and Corporate Communications Leadership to keep sales informed while promoting focus. In addition, this leader will be the business owner of Highspot as a learning and communications platform, and the Instructional Design resources to support the creation of content for all sales audiences and communication channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with Leadership and sellers to identify communication gaps at the role, theater and geographical level
  • Drive a coordinated inclusive communications plan across internal town halls, leadership meetings, team meetings, slack channels, emails, and Highspot
  • Serve as the business owner for Highspot and all sales owned spots
  • Support the planning, coordination, prioritization and execution of communications related to all Commercial Operations initiatives and programs
  • Create and maintain learning assets through internal and partner facing platforms
  • Develop, maintain, and report on key KPIs for communication programs that align to leading indicators of revenue
  • Participate actively in global sales calls, regional meetings, and forecasts to align and provide communications and reinforcement based on needs identified

What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10 years related experience in sales enablement or sales operations supporting a global organization, or Master's degree with 8 years related experience, or PhD with 6 years related experience
  • 5 years direct people management experience, including supervisor experience of managers
  • Highspot advanced user and administrative mastery required
  • Hands-on experience managing and enabling on the Global GTM Tech stack to include - Highspot, Slack, Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills - bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese preferred
  • Experience working in a Workiva target vertical preferred
  • Proven track record of creating communications for strategic initiatives impacting global sales audiences
  • Experience leading teams through major innovation and transformational initiatives
  • Operational thinker: you thrive on executing clear plans and improving systems
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable programs
  • Ability to build global relationships with credibility at all levels
  • Strong executive presence
  • Strong collaboration, persuasive presentation and project management skills

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Up to 20% Travel
  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office

How You’ll Be Rewarded

✅ Salary range in the US: $147,000.00 - $250,000.00

✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire

✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
