Position Overview

pwrteams leadership consists of senior team members that head different functions of the 700 people organization and is led by pwrteams CEO. You will be closely working with the leadership team and the CEO. You are an integral part of the success and growth of the company, taking responsibility for the successful collaboration of a flatly organized leadership team, for managing internal projects, and pulling the strings to make sure you can support them as best as possible with their work. It is however to a certain extent in the nature of the Chief of Staff role that it will be shaped and formed by yourself, depending on what are your qualifications and skills mapped against the current needs of the company and the leadership team.

Pwrteams leadership team is ambitious and seeks a strong team player as their member. You bring a down to earth but at the same time determined can-do mentality to the table and make sure you manage them as your key stakeholders, taking care of what they need in order to run the business as efficiently as possible. You have the eagerness to understand the different business models that are being operated in pwrteams as part of Nortal Group as well as the way the organization is run operationally. You are integral to making sure pwrteams leadership team creates the balance between strategic and operational excellence on the way to deliver organizational excellence towards both customers and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Support Leadership Team and support pwrteams CEO
  • Prepare, moderate, follow-up (weekly) virtual and quarterly face-to-face leadership team meetings including making sure all relevant topics are on the agenda and prepared with high-quality content, apt for decision-making
  • Manage special projects and follow-up doggedly to ensure the right results
  • Support function heads and CEO in case of focus initiatives and topics, especially in cross-functional initiatives and topics
  • On-demand support members of the leadership team with their team offsites
  • Prepare content or other assets (such as presentations) for team or function-related topics
  • Provide with internal and external analyses and benchmarks
  • Support with mergers-and-acquisitions or post-merger-integration related topics
  • Support with the internal strategy rhythm on a rolling basis
  • Help with onboarding new team members and support them to be productive from day one
  • Take responsibility/ project management for internal projects
  • Support with the internal strategy rhythm on a rolling basis
  • Prepare and run information sessions for pwrteams extended leadership team
  • Support with the major organizational transition project

Qualifications

  • Academic background in economics, business administration, and/or related fields
  • A plus: Management consulting background
  • Strong communication skills verbally and written; excellent English
  • Strong with numbers
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Strong team player, coachable, collaborative, and empathetic
  • The ability to proactively see what your team members need and a very solution-oriented mindset thinking outside the box and outside your comfort zone
  • Proven ability to meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines in a demanding environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Networker and connector within the organization
