Chief of Staff

To crystallize our organization's strategic direction, enhance communication, and catalyze our leadership, we are looking for a very ambitious Chief of Staff. This individual will serve our mission alongside the CEO, providing comprehensive support in all aspects of leadership, including strategic planning, operations, fundraising, decision-making and stakeholder management. Our CoS will be instrumental in shaping our organization and driving its success.

Carbo Culture is a carbon removal technology developer on a mission to help mitigate climate change by permanently removing CO2. We’re headquartered in Helsinki with a subsidiary and ops in the UK and the US.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft, iterate and communicate strategy as well as deliver components of it
• Interface with team as well as external stakeholders and act as an extension of the CEO
• Drive fundraises alongside the CEO and finance team
• Leading high level meetings and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination
• Setting company targets and tracking against them, suggesting strategy shifts and changes where needed to deliver

Ideal candidate:

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, or other high paced business management role
• Experience in organising and directing multiple teams and departments
• Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Excellent representational skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
