Job Description
Job Title: Chief of Staff
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison and gatekeeper for leadership, managing communication flow and prioritizing tasks.
- Gather, organize, and present information to facilitate decision-making by leadership & overall team.
- Represent leadership & overall organization in various forums, meetings, and functions as needed.
- Assist in managing and overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
- Maintain a high level of flexibility and readiness to handle diverse tasks and challenges.
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in an engineering or technical field).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, potentially in a consulting or similar role.
- The ideal candidate should be someone who possesses sharpness and professionalism and seeks a hands-on role where they can see projects through to completion.
- A positive attitude and the ability to maintain composure under pressure are essential attributes for success in this role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with diverse personalities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Demonstrated capability in navigating ambiguity and resolving open-ended problems.
- Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to task management.
Preferably:
- MBA
- Operations experience
- Familiarity with the climate technology market
