Job Description

Job Title: Chief of Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison and gatekeeper for leadership, managing communication flow and prioritizing tasks.
  • Gather, organize, and present information to facilitate decision-making by leadership & overall team.
  • Represent leadership & overall organization in various forums, meetings, and functions as needed.
  • Assist in managing and overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Maintain a high level of flexibility and readiness to handle diverse tasks and challenges.
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in an engineering or technical field).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, potentially in a consulting or similar role.
  • The ideal candidate should be someone who possesses sharpness and professionalism and seeks a hands-on role where they can see projects through to completion.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to maintain composure under pressure are essential attributes for success in this role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with diverse personalities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated capability in navigating ambiguity and resolving open-ended problems.
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to task management.

Preferably:

  • MBA
  • Operations experience
  • Familiarity with the climate technology market
