Chief of Staff
As a Chief of Staff at SnapMagic, you'll be working on both high-level strategy and granular tactics, and making a huge impact. This position is a good fit for those interested in learning how great companies scale, seeing how multiple parts of an organization interact.
The SnapMagic company's existing platform (previously known as SnapEDA) is the leading library tool for electrical engineers, helping 1.5 million engineers each year design products like drones, electric cars, and virtual reality headsets 10x faster. This means SnapMagic Copilot is being built on a proprietary dataset of over 10 million components, schematic symbols, and footprints.
We're fresh off a funding round backed by the world's best investors, including Bow Capital, Google's Jeff Dean, Github cofounder Tom Preston-Werner, Friends & Family Capital, and many others.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work across all aspects of our business to support the operations team as well as our engineering, product, sales, and finance teams
- Initial focus will be on streamlining Technical, People, and Revenue Operations, diving in where needed
- Establish and manage ongoing, sustainable processes and help maintain our strong company culture as we scale
- Provide operational support for our technical programs as needed
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional teammates to our rapidly-growing team
- Create your own role after identifying what our organization needs and prioritizing your initiative creation / process development accordingly
Job Requirements
- 3+ years working in an operational or similarly highly cross-functional role
- Comfortable working in a busy, ever-changing environment and helping bring order to chaos
- Strong reasoning and analytical abilities
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize accordingly
- Strong communication skills
- Available to work full-time in our office in San Mateo
