Main responsibilities:

  • Being a main point of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance and support on feed management strategies for Google and Meta platforms, as well as other relevant channels
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and product offerings, translating this information into actionable feed management strategies
  • Lead the development and implementation of feed optimization strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring product data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform requirements
  • Utilize a SaaS platform to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for optimization, enhancing campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Proactively monitor platform updates and industry trends related to feed management, providing strategic recommendations to clients to keep their campaigns ahead of the curve
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on feed management best practices, platform features, and performance insights, fostering strong relationships and trust
  • Act as a subject matter expert on feed management for Google and Meta platforms, staying up to date on the latest tools, techniques, and advancements in the field

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital marketing, eCommerce
  • Deep understanding of Google Merchant Center and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Business Manager, including feed setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Passion for Digital marketing and staying at the forefront of industry trends and innovations
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance
  • Experience using a SaaS platform or similar tools to analyze and optimize customer data
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work and managing multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
